Have you ever woken up feeling drained? Chances are, your body is in need of a good breakfast. But not just any breakfast. You must feed your body with the proper nutrients. Grains, fruits, and vegetables, should be your primary food for your morning meal. Eat these foods with a good conscience. Not only are they cheap and plentiful, but they will provide you with the energy needed to get through the day.

Make it a daily habit to eat breakfast. A simple bowl of oatmeal is a king's ransom in gold to your body. Give it what it needs. Listen to the "morning thunder" and act--your body will thank you for it.
